| When I was 54 years old, my wife died from cancer and I felt down. During
that time, I met an impressive painter at the gallery of Seibu Department
Store. I immediately joined the painter’s class. For about 5 years, I learned
the basics of watercolour painting from Mr. Taisuke Nakano. He was a very
popular painter at Shiga Prefecture. |
