Tale of Woo and Koo - Chapter 1

One month since coming home

Comming home !!

A lot of food in bunnies' house

Woo and Koo are in a water tank together with other rabbits in a pet shop of a department until they are named so. We have brought them as our new families on September 15. 1995. after paying 12,000 yen. We have come back home with a couple of bunny who were packed into a small paper box driving along a lane. The lane is called "Bunny Lane"
On way back, we stopped by a hardware shop to buy a plastic clothes case as a new house for them. We put lots of saw dust and hay into a case.

Athletic field !!

Jumping and running

On the 3rd day, Woo is weighed to be 250g and Koo is 180g. Their favorite foods are cabbage. Lettuce or carrot are not so favorite, neither.
The plastic clothes case is too small for Woo and Koo to run around. Hus made a athletic field of cardboard paper for them. Woo and Koo enjoy jumping and running in it. Woo is not so good at athletics. Koo is so good at athletics that she is always running around and looks up standing.

Still baby !!

Woo and Koo are stii babies but their characters are becoming distinctive.
Woo is favorite with eating and sleeping. Koo is favorite with adventures.
Woo loves marjoram in the patio. Koo loves a sweet potato and persley.

Koo jumps up on higher place. She stands up on the high place as if she declares "I claim this land for myself. We call her "Boss".

Go out by the ladder !!

About three weeks passed after comming home, Woo is weighed to be 530g and Koo is 380g. They are pleasure to eat rape seedlings of Chingensai(Chenese green vegetable) and Komatsuna.(Japanese green vegetable)
We open one side of the athletic field to be out of it. Koo are running around on the tatami(Japanese floor). While Woo is nervous about strange sights.
Koo stamps by her hind leg many times sounding "Tohhh---n!!" Woo also stamps by her hind leg once.

A month passed after comming home, Woo is weighed to be 630g and Koo is 450g. They are favorite with lettuce very much, but do not eat raddish seedlings nor green peas.
I made a ladder of carboard paper for Woo and Koo to go out of their house of plastic case when they want anytime.
On October 15. 1995. we bought a brush to brush Woo and Koo for a memorial of one month. But they don't like brushing.
